Upon returning from a trip to Paris, to my amazement, when I opened my luggage I discovered that a wee french fairy had stowed away inside my make-up bag. Of course, she looked so cute and brought back lovely memories of Paris that I let her stay in the make-up bag which I eventually moved from my luggage to my purse. Ah hah! that was her opportunity for a great getaway as I returned to my shop, she snuck out of my purse and has taken up residence here in my shop. She is such a cute little escapee!!

When the Happy Heart Princess came to live in MainStrasse Village, she knew that she had truly followed her heart to the place where she was meant to stay. Being a Princess, she knew that one of her regal duties was to spread happiness among the Village people. As the days and weeks passed, she gathered happiness from the trees, the flowers, the sunshine and the clouds in the sky. It seemed like just as soon as she gathered happiness, she would find someone who needed some and so she would share her happiness with them. Funny thing, how the more happiness she gave away, the more happiness she had. Soon there was so much happiness flowing through the Village that the wee fairy folk began to hear about it. They wanted to be a part of this Happy Village. And that is why they are coming in droves to the Village of MainStrasse.

The Happy Heart Princess lives in a 100 year old house with her creator, Stoney.

Doors of MainStrasse Presents "Holiday Wreath Extravaganza"

The Doors of MainStrasse in partnership with Children Inc. is delighted to announce the Holiday Wreath Extravaganza.   Over 30 holiday wreaths, decorated and/or sponsored by area businesses, artists and personalities will be auctioned to the highest bidder.   The wreaths will be on display at Chez Nora Restaurant in MainStrasse Village from December 3 to 9th.  Bidding will close at noon on December 9th.   Kick-off Open House with David Kisor December 3 from 5:30 to 7:00 at Chez Nora's.  All proceeds to go to Children Inc.
